How do I get a refund?

First, you need to cancel your account online by going to "Account" => "Cancel" tab.

In the cancellation form, please indicate that you're requesting for a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund (read our terms and refund policy here), we will start the process within 24 hours. Please allow several business days for the refund transaction to settle.
